![]() This has been going on for months now, even had the problem with Windows 10 Pro and it just migrated along with everything else when I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. The printer has both USB and WiFi connections but to avoid confusion I made sure the USB cable was connected between the printer and my computer. Yes, I do have a Hewlett-Packard printer and everytime that I have attempted to make this thing go away or install I made sure the printer was plugged in and turned on. I hit the Get Help button on the update page there but that was a complete waste of time. Then it goes away for a few minutes (never actually timed it to see how long), but then it magically reappears. If I check the thing for download then hit the Download & Install button it does just that, it gives every indication that it is downloading, and then installed. ![]() Like I said, I have done everything I can think of to make this thing either download and install or just go away and disappear. This shows up in the Windows Update, Advanced options, Optional updates The problem file is "Hewlett-Packard - USB - 12:00:00 AM. I have an issue with a driver or something and whatever I do I can't seem to either fix the problem, or just delete it.
